Alex Hall

For those not familiar with Aberystwyth. It is a medium sized town in on the west coast of Wales in the UK, and boasts the largest camera obscura in the world and the longest cliff railway. 'Alex Hall', or more properly 'Alexandra Hall' (erected in 1896), was one of the first Halls of Residence in Britain to be built exclusively for female students. It has been empty now since about the mid-eighties and has fallen into a state of disrepair, but is now empty and in a state of disrepair.

I lived just round the corner from this place after I finished my Physics degree in the mid-nineties.
